How to sign up?
- 1. Please go to the registration form to fill in the information and select cours(es).
- 2. As soon as your class(es) is(are) confirmed, we will send you a bill.
- 3. Please follow the method on the bill, ZELLE: school@mycloudchinese.com (It is recommended that you first ZELLE $1 to confirm the recipient is CLOUD LEARNING, and please write the student's name or invoice # on the MEMO, we will reply to receive your remittance $1, and then you can continue to send the rest of the amount.)
★ School Refund Policy: ★
- Requests for REFUNDS must be made by EMAIL from parents.
- For withdrawals of Language courses made by the end of the first two weeks of the first quarter, tuition refund will be prorated; there will be no refunds thereafter.
- For withdrawals of cultural courses made by the end of the first class, tuition refund will be prorated; there will be no refund thereafter.
- Students in the language course can make a one-time transfer to another available language course.
- If a student is absent for some reason, the teacher will not provide supplementary lessons, postponements or refunds.
- Cloud Chinese School reserves the right to decline any registration request, change schedule, and cancel class due to low enrollment. If the course is cancelled or not offered, all fees (registration and tuition) paid will be refunded.
- I authorize Cloud Learning School to use my child’s photo or video on the school's website and social media private group.
